To reserve a bunny, please ensure you are fully committed, as deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits can be made via our website at www.kaliedoscoperabbitryga.com, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.  Please select “to friend and family" to avoid fees. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a bunny, and that simply expressing interest does not make it a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel a sale or refuse if needed. Deposit is only refundable if we cancel or if something happens to the reserved bunny while in our care. 

If you are working with a transporter the 50% remaining balance is due to Kaleidoscope one week prior to the bunny leaving our rabbitry.  We have a small list of transport options available, but arranging and covering transport fees is the buyer's responsibility and is no way related to adoption of a bunny from our rabbitry.  A list of transporters that we work with that serves our area is available on our website with a summary of how the transport process works.  If you are working with a transporter the 50% remaining balance is due one week prior to the bunny leaving our rabbitry.

We provide personalized care to all our bunnies and guarantee they are healthy and well-behaved upon leaving our care. If any issues arise while in our care, your deposit will be refunded. However, we are not responsible for any post-rehoming needs, including but not limited to future veterinary care.  We will always be happy to answer any bunny related inquires. 

We make every effort to ensure we are sexing the babies as accurately as possible, but mistakes can happen especially with smaller babies.  However, it is the buyer responsibility to re-check the bunny at pick-up.

While visitors are not permitted at the rabbitry, we can share videos or conduct a Facetime session for you to meet your bunny virtually or to check up on your bunny on a weekly basis until your bunny leaves our rabbitry. Please arrange to pick up your bunny at the specified agreed upon location at the time of reservation. 

We may come up with an arranged meeting within 60 miles of Blackshear, Ga for an additional fee based on the travel distance. If Kaleidoscope Rabbitry will be providing the transportation of your bunny, the remaining bunny adoption fee, and the transport fee will be due 48 hours prior to the agreed upon meeting time.   If communication is not received by us via email amy@kaleidorabbitryga.com or text message (912) 337-3139 on the agreed upon date and time, all monies will be kept and the bunny will go to the next person.
